Drywall, new flooring installed in the basement.

AFTER: Completed new first floor hard wood floors, drywall replacement, and fireplace installation.

Double front doors, with epoxy flooring in the entryway. We used three different colors, and a high gloss varnish to finish off the look.

We tore down all the previous wood from the back porch for all three floors.

Brand new 3 story porch - inspected by the City of Chicago Department of Buildings

Cemented yard, and pergola build in process.

Added some plywood to add more privacy to the backyard fence. Blocked out some space for a small vegetable garden.
